Position Description Provide first-level hardware and software support for client systems, including, but not limited to: Set up and installation of new systems Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues Hardware/software configuration recommendations Maintaining classroom equipment Perform installation and maintenance for various equipment, such as : Audio/visual systems Staff workstations Printers, copiers, and other peripheral devices Other supported university IT equipment Provide professional user support : Assist users with day-to-day computer-related problems Maintain excellent customer service relationships Properly document all work in an organized manner

Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware/software troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Dedication to maintaining high standards of customer service.
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with audio/visual systems and networking principles. Additional IT education or IT industry certifications.
