Job Description
Job Summary This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, system administration, and assisting with project-based initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities
- Administer and support core IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, IAM)
- Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems.
- Maintain and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Assist in network configuration, including VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall policies.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobile devices)
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
