Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist. Based in Mobile, AL, the Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues, maintaining customer support documentation, and assisting with product installations and updates.
