During the 2026-2 school year, 8th grade will be added and thereafter, a new grade level will be added yearly until 12th grade is established. Next year, the school will serve approximately 420 students. Covenant Academy of Mobile provides a "non-traditional" education that prepares students in a

QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates experience working with end-user technical support in a responsive, helpful, courteous, and tactful manner leading to timely and appropriate problem resolution or escalation Must be able to work independently, be naturally motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and generate creative solutions Demonstrates knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows and G-Suite Experience with E-rate preferred Experience with Internet networks Experience with network security Integration of various educational platforms Track all service requests via ticketing system Help maintain IT asset inventory Provide front-line technical support to students and staff Instruct a computer science class
