IT Assistant (Part Time)

Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across operating systems and IT infrastructure Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance Assist with computer network administration tasks including LAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, firewall configurations, and network security measures Support IT infrastructure management by monitoring license agreements for Microsoft products, core banking processor, etc. Maintain and update help desk tickets; document incidents thoroughly for analysis and resolution tracking Collaborate with team members on system upgrades, security patches, and network improvements to enhance overall IT resilience Prior experience in IT support or help desk roles demonstrating strong customer service skills Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as BMC Remedy or similar ticketing systems Familiarity with operating systems including Windows (especially Windows Server) Hands-on experience with computer networking concepts like

LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
