SCOPE OF POSITION
Support the corporate information system in the maintenance of computer equipment and software. Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software. Provide technical assistance and relevant training and education of computer related functions to system users. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Install computer hardware and software according to system and/or user specifications. Maintain computer hardware and software and ensure optimum performance. Clean, repair and replace equipment as needed. Provide user support diagnosing problem and taking appropriate corrective action. Document services performed in work order system. Coordinate service with other internal and external service providers. Instruct users in use of computer hardware and software. Communicate system updates and application changes to users. Prepare and submit reports as assigned or requested. Communicate needs and requests to other team members as appropriate. Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality. Follow AFMC, state and federal protocols regarding data confidentiality/security and HIPAA compliance. Verify home internet connections for security purposes. Create, Host, virtual webinars for internal and external stakeholders as requested. Shadow IT Specialists as directed. Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
Required :
High School Diploma and a minimum of 30 hours completed toward technology degree with pursuit to complete degree.
EXPERIENCE
Required :
One (1) year in a computer support role including the following areas: Windows Server and Desktop OS; Network Cabling, all hardware, and Home Router experience; Proficient in Windows OS, and proficient in MS Office.
Desirable :
Active Directory Administration, Apple iOS, Cisco WebEx Meeting Platform, previous experience in a Helpdesk Support Role, and Office 365 Administration.
