Job Description

Compsys, Inc. is an Arkansas based IT company looking for Help Desk Tier 1 technicians. Job responsibility will include answering incoming support calls, creating tickets and resolving customer issues remotely. Other tasks will involve troubleshooting PC and printing issues, repairing physical computer and laptop hardware, troubleshooting client software and general technical issues.

Preferred experience:

1 or more years working in a Help Desk like position.

Required:

Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems. We provide excellent benefits including paid health insurance, retirement plan, disability, and dental insurance. Salary commensurate with experience.
