IT Help Desk Support Specialist 1

Key Responsibilities:

With guidance and support, you'll: Apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas: PC setup and troubleshooting Networking Software deployment Security systems (alarms and DVRs) Shoretel phone systems IP phone technology Virtual Machine (VM) environments Participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards. Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager. PC setup and troubleshooting Networking Software deployment Security systems (alarms and DVRs) Shoretel phone systems IP phone technology Virtual Machine (VM) environments

Qualifications:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Six months to one year of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome! This is a full time position and comes with many benefits plus, a fun, team work environment.
