We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have six years of Information Systems/Technology experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for accurate documentation of IT projects. Providing excellent customer service for IT customers. Completing data entry tasks in a timely manner. Providing IT support for the factory Supports IT Department with special projects as needed Ability to multi-task, work with multiple priorities and interruptions. Intermediate Microsoft Office experience and ability. Skill in the operation of a personal computer. Other Requirements

EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, or related field strongly preferred. High School Diploma/GED Six years of Information Systems/Technology experience;or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience. Pre-employment drug test
