Fully Onsite (Client located Phoenix, AZ area) This role is 2nd shift, Monday through Friday (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM MST), and is located on-site in Phoenix, Arizona •Must be able to work on W-2 basis •Must be local to the Phoenix, AZ and able to work fully onsite Job Description One of the nation's largest employers is searching for a Desktop Support Technician to join their on-site team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring employees have the technology support they need to stay productive-troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and communication systems issues. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact while building your technical expertise. This exciting opportunity to provide first-level technical support begins as a 24 Month W2 contract position. Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues, delivering expert support for hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems Diagnose and resolve incidents, escalating more complex issues as appropriate Document all support interactions clearly and concisely in the ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of open tickets Write technical support documentation to assist users and colleagues Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding verbal and written communication Manage multiple priorities and respond quickly under pressure Skills & Experience Proficient working with Windows environments and end-user device support Experienced with ticketing systems and technical documentation Prior experience in customer service, call center, or help desk environments required Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands Outstanding problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset Willingness to work flexible hours as needed You will receive the following benefits Medical Insurance & Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) Paid Sick Time Leave Pre-tax Commuter Benefit Motion Recruitment provides IT Staffing Solutions (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire) in major North American markets.
