Microelectronics Project Technical Leaders lead the process design of ultrapure, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions for the Microelectronics industry.

Responsibilities will include:

Align a team of Process Engineers working together on a flow sheet to a strategy (including influent design basis, safety factors, handling of flow variations, how to meet the customer's needs, how to win against the competition), a list of deliverables, and a schedule, and ensure that all process deliverables meet quality and schedule for the project Lead the design of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions (flow sheet, unit processes, process parameters) that will meet the customer's requirements for a given influent and required effluent stream qualities using various in house and industry design tools, acting as the leader for a team of Process Engineers providing technical expertise on specific portions of the overall flowsheet. The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles.
