This role supports the continued growth of our US operations, with responsibilities positioned locally to strengthen on-site IT capability and support the needs of a security-conscious, regulated environment. What is Involved The primary areas of focus will be to: Provide day-to-day support for local IT systems, infrastructure, and end users across the US site Support servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, and local infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable operation Act as the on-site IT lead for activities requiring US-based administration within a regulated and restricted-access environment Help maintain secure, resilient, and compliant systems aligned to Group standards and local regulatory requirements Support cyber security controls including patching, endpoint protection, access management, and vulnerability remediation Provide IT support to engineering and manufacturing environments, including collaboration across IT and operational systems Deliver local IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Group direction Coordinate with external vendors, technology partners, and service providers to support effective IT service delivery Maintain accurate asset records, system documentation, and configuration controls, with clear reporting on risks, incidents, and progress Technical Expertise Candidates should have a working understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
- Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration
- Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall environments
- Endpoint management, access control, and security tooling
- Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts
- Cyber security frameworks such as NIST and CMMC
- Supporting IT in a controlled, regulated, manufacturing, or engineering environment

- Flexibility and adaptability within a growing business environment Preferred Qualifications and Experience Essential 3+ years' hands-on experience in IT systems administration and support Strong technical experience across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint security Experience working in a controlled, regulated, or security-conscious environment Working knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as NIST and CMMC US work authorization and the ability to work on-site in a restricted-access environment Desirable Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or Cisco CCNA (or equivalent) Experience working within CMMC or ITAR-controlled environments Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering environments, including IT/OT systems Exposure to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions Experience managing or coordinating third-party IT vendors or Managed Service Providers (MSPs) Working With Us This role is based on-site in Sahuarita, Arizona and operates across office and manufacturing environments, with regular interaction across operational areas.
Occasional light physical activity, such as handling IT equipment, may be required.
