SUMMARY:

Assists with district-wide specific technology uses, resources, technology hardware and software, and troubleshooting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical assistance for incoming in-person or over the phone queries using problem-solving techniques. Troubleshoot through diagnostic testing to quickly determine the source of the technical issue. Provide low-level technical support to third-party vendors and internally developed software. Recommend and assist with technology uses, purchases and inventory. Issue and set-up mobile devices for staff. Assist with technology-related programs, tools and resources in effective classroom instruction and application of curriculum. Participate in departmental design projects. Analyze operating procedures and develops related operating manuals. Participate in departmental design projects. Perform hardware inventory, repairs and upgrades including adding and replacing PC hardware components. Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality. Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or G.E.D. required.

EXPERIENCE

One (1) year experience in related field. Computer literacy including office productivity applications, email and internet.

LICENSING

Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ

IVP FPCC

).
