In this energetic role, you will provide expert technical support to users, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist in maintaining our IT systems. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless computer operations, enhance user experience, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization's technology environment. Duties Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users via help desk channels, resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across various platforms including Windows, and Apple IOS operating systems. Manage computer hardware components such as servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance. Assist with computer management tasks including user account setup and maintenance. Support network administration activities including configuring and troubleshooting LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and networking equipment. Maintain and update IT infrastructure documentation. Support VoiP Phone Systems Support Remote Cameras Requirements Proven experience providing technical support in a help desk or desktop support environment with excellent customer service skills. Strong troubleshooting skills in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise tools like Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory. Solid understanding of computer networking concepts such asTCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN
architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network administration tools. Hands-on experience managing computer hardware components and operating systems including Windows (Windows 10/11) and Apple IOS. Familiarity with IT management tools. Ability to analyze technical issues quickly and communicate solutions clearly to users of varying technical backgrounds. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when documenting incidents or system configurations.
