Job Description

Damage Assessment Technician for a manufacturer / distributor located in Cerritos CA. This is a long-term Temporary position, paying to $21/hr, depending on experience. Hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work maybe required as duties demand. Company will complete background check prior to start.
Essentials Responsibilities :
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, equipment, and systems to identify issues, malfunctions, and defects. Utilize testing equipment, schematics, and technical documentation to diagnose and isolate problems within electronic circuits and components. Perform repairs and replacements on faulty components, such as integrated circuits, brushless motors, propellers, and other parts. Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks after repairs to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of repaired devices. Calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to meet manufacturer specifications and performance standards. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide repair solution, technical expertise and support for resolving repair related issues. Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance procedures performed. Log the proper transactions in the CRM system, verify all parts the customers requested are included in the box so they are ready for other stages. Support the teams with other drone models. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Technical degree (A.A) or more than 6 month of electronic mechanic experience. Computer proficiency required. Soldering skill required. Experience in using drone products or remote control products required. Knowledge of remote control products are required. Knowledge of electronic terminology are required (ex. volts). Camera knowledge preferred. Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft excel required. Previous customer service and/or call center background is preferred. Previous experience using Internet Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Google Docs Software; and ZenDesk Software preferred. Thorough knowledge about drone products is a huge plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to follow directions. Have passion toward drone products. Ability to work over time / have an open schedule. Have a positive attitude.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
