What You Will Need:
High school diploma, required. 0-2 years of IT or technical support experience and ticketing systems or ITIL fundamentals. Proficiency with computer systems in a Microsoft Windows network environment, MCP, MCSE, or A+ certified, required. Must be able to follow directions and work independently. Must be able to support various facilities, approximately 15 miles apart, in the greater Bakersfield area when needed and or support a rotational schedule this includes various worksites for an extended period. Assignment could vary from one day to multiple weeks. Candidate will be required to live in Kern County area or within commuting distance. Must be able to work different shifts as required on rotational basis. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as required to perform job duties. Remote work not available for this position. Must have the ability to travel when needed to various Grimmway facilities. Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
