Requirements:

MUST HAVE

1+ year in an IT Tech Tier 2 support role.

Certifications:

CompTIA A+ required (or obtained in your first 6 months). Network+, Security+, or Verkada/Axis certs are a big plus! Active Directory, M365, Windows/macOS, VoIP, and solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working in tight spaces (ceilings, crawl spaces) when installing hardware.

Responsibilities:

Resolve escalated tickets for network, telecom, business software, and physical security systems. Support internal staff and clients daily; perform on-site installs and service visits Perform updates, patches, endpoint security, backup monitoring, and basic firewall management Program and troubleshoot video surveillance (Verkada, Axis), access control, and alarm systems Configure TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, and router/switch settings.
