Full Job Description Desktop Support Technician Location:
Beverly Hills, CA (Fully Onsite)

Duration:
6-Month Contract-to-Hire Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Beverly Hills. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a professional and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional with strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting experience who enjoys providing exceptional end-user support across all levels of an organization. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day desktop support for employees, executives, vendors, and business partners. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment. Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, inventory management, support, and retirement of equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues in a timely manner. Track, document, and resolve support requests through the ticketing system while ensuring excellent customer service. Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate and follow through to resolution. Maintain accurate IT asset records and technical documentation. Prioritize and manage multiple support requests while meeting service level expectations. Support onboarding, offboarding, workstation deployments, and equipment upgrades. Participate in after-hours or on-call support for urgent issues as needed. Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve processes and support operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on Desktop Support, Help Desk, or End User Support experience. Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting users at all levels, including executive leadership. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving technical knowledge. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+, Microsoft Desktop Support Technician (MDST), Help Desk, or similar IT certifications. Experience supporting executive-level users and VIP environments. Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle processes. Why Apply?
