This hybrid role combines hands-on web development with technical support responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work across a modern tech stack while maintaining the reliability of our internal IT systems.

Web Developer Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve existing web applications Assist in building reusable and maintainable components Support integration with third-party platforms (e.g. DocMagic, LendingQB) Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs Collaborate with team members to implement features and fix issues Requirements & Experience (Nice to Have): Programming Languages JavaScript TypeScript Rust Java C# Frontend Development React v22 (JavaScript) HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS Backend Development Node.js (Express.js) Rust (Axum) Java (Spring Boot) Tools & Environments Git / GitHub VS Code Docker Cloud Platforms Google Cloud Run Google Firebase Other Requirements Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance

IT Support Responsibilities:

Provide basic technical support (hardware, software, and network issues) Assist with onboarding setup (laptops, accounts, and tools) Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues Help maintain internal systems, updates, and documentation Support general IT operations as needed Bonus Skills (preferred): Familiarity with microservices or serverless architecture.
