You will handle client-facing support and work hands-on with our MSP stack: N-sight RMM, Huntress EDR, Proofpoint email security, Barracuda CloudGen Access, and 1Password. Real tickets, real clients, and enough structure that you are picking up good habits from the start. People who come through our shop tend to move up. Whether that is into a larger role here or into a position elsewhere with a stronger resume, stagnation is not something we see often. Schedule is flexible and built around your availability. What You'll Do Handle client support tickets across Windows and Mac endpoints. Troubleshoot, resolve, and follow through. Help configure and tune our MSP stack. RMM policies, EDR tuning, email filtering rules, backup validation, VPN provisioning. Support client onboarding. Endpoint deployment, user setup, security baseline. Flag things before they become problems. We want someone who reads the environment, not just the ticket. Work alongside the founder on technical projects as they come up. What We're Looking For We are not listing a minimum certification or years of experience. The right person will be obvious from how they talk about technology and how they approach problems. That said, here is what we are actually looking for: Comfortable working independently. You can take a task, figure out what you do not know, and come back with real progress. Curious about how things work, not just whether they work. Good with people. Client support means communicating clearly with someone who does not speak IT. Honest about what you know and what you do not. That is how you learn faster. Reliable. Part-time hours mean every hour counts.
