This is a high?trust, people?facing role within a small IT Operations team, ideal for someone who enjoys hands?on support, takes pride in customer service, and understands the importance of discretion and professionalism . The environment is modern and Mac?heavy, and the role plays a key part in keeping day?to?day operations running smoothly for a high?expectation user base. What You'll Be Doing Provide Tier I / Tier II end?user support for in?office and remote employees Troubleshoot macOS and Windows issues (Mac focused) Image, wipe, and re?provision laptops using MDM tools (JAMF preferred) Support Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office, and related tools Handle onboarding and offboarding (accounts, hardware, access) Document issues clearly and help improve IT support processes Deliver polished, white?glove IT support in a professional office setting What We're Looking For 3+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment Strong hands?on Mac support experience Comfortable with laptop imaging and user lifecycle support Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and highly discreet Able to work calmly under pressure and support demanding users Nice to
