Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT technician professional to join our provision team. We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Key Responsibilities:

Provide provisioning work on the company's mobile device platform. Understand and can help finalize the customer's requirements. Closely involved with handling customer feedback and rush requests. Responsible for the overall provisioning tasks, and provide/suggest improvements as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years related experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Ability to review technical requests and closely follow technical instructions. Experience working in device provisioning, app updates, and the MDM portal is a plus. Demonstrate focus and discipline for the tasks assigned. Proficiency in Words, Excel, Power Point, and Google Suite. Attention to detail and organization skills. Demonstrate excellent people skills and teamwork mentality.
