Resolve help desk support requests from end users and RMM system. Analyze, troubleshoot and repair PC, server and network systems including but not limited to desktops, servers and wireless systems. Excellent verbal and written communications skills necessary. Perform moves, adds and changes as required. Essential Job Functions Provide Level 1 remediation and identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related problems experienced by end users in a multi-site network. Work with Level 2 to assist with escalated issues. Install, configure and maintain PC computers and accessories, software, printers, network devices, mobile phones. Work with vendors to provide support for network platforms including unified communications, VoIP, web based inventory management systems and projects. Work with senior engineers to ensure optimal operations of all systems, documentation and inventory. Monitor backups and alerts for network monitoring and respond to events. Maintain field service and spare parts inventory. Assist in the ongoing maintenance of servers, network devices including switches, firewalls, wireless, PC's and other platforms to ensure up to date OS levels, patches and firmware. On-call, 24x7 support as required. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a network environment. Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019-2025. Experience with virtualization and hypervisor environments. Experience with UC architectures, VoIP and QoS. Experience with Microsoft technologies including Office 365, SQL and Sharepoint. Fundamental knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN architecture and administration. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to communicate to non-technical users.
