Duties Perform repairs on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, including hardware diagnostics and component replacements. Conduct troubleshooting support for various electronic devices to identify issues accurately. Carry out hardware maintenance tasks such as soldering, hardware diagnostics, and routine inspections to ensure device functionality. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage inventory related to cell phone parts and accessories efficiently. Support clients with technical issues related to personal electronics and IT support needs. Assist with soldering tasks for repairing circuit boards or replacing damaged components. Support the overall maintenance and repair of personal electronics to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Proven experience in mobile phone repair, electronics troubleshooting, or related technical fields. Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics and repair techniques for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. Ability to perform soldering and other hardware maintenance tasks accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Basic IT support knowledge is preferred. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
