Job Summary We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day technology operations across retail, ecommerce, and corporate environments. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting system integrations, including platforms such as Shopify POS, NetSuite, and Celigo, while ensuring reliable data flow and system performance. The ideal candidate will provide high-level of technical support and play a key role in system administration tasks, user support, issue resolution, and assisting with new store openings, system implementations, and technology rollouts. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, ecommerce, and merchandising teams. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and maintain Celigo integrations supporting Shopify POS (US/Canada), TikTok Shop, and other connected platforms. Provide day-to-day NetSuite system support, including user access management, basic configuration updates, error troubleshooting, and ticket triage. Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and new technology rollouts, including testing, API adjustments, user training, and documentation. Support troubleshooting across integrated platforms to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and security. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for retail store technology, including POS devices (iPads), receipt printers, scanners, security cameras, media players, and store networking. Deliver technical support for corporate office equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and Wi-Fi/network connectivity. Assist with new store openings, supporting on-site IT setup, device deployment, and troubleshooting. Analyze IT issues and escalate high-impact problems to the IT Systems Manager when necessary. Collaborate with operations, retail, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to resolve technical issues and support business operations. Assist with tracking IT-related expenses, vendor costs, and operational budgets. Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational workflows. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, replacements, and technical support when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of IT support or systems administration experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Excel). Experience with SaaS and ERP platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, SAP, or similar systems. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and systems. Self-starter with a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the retail or ecommerce industry. Familiarity with system integrations. Experience supporting multi-system environments and API integrations.

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
