Full Job Description Location:
Cerritos, CA 90703 This role is responsible for providing technical support to corporate and restaurant teams. You will assist with deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting company systems to ensure smooth daily operation. This role is ideal for someone eager to build foundational IT device management and system administration skills within a fast-paced, multi-location business environment. Key Responsibilities — Serve as the first-line technical support to troubleshoot internal issues and requests via Ticketing System. — Partner on cross-functional technology projects related to new restaurant openings and systems deployment. — Configure and provision laptops, smartphones, and other company-provided devices. Maintain and update device inventory, software licenses, and access credentials. — Monitor device compliance and assist with Intune policy updates. — Maintain and update internal IT documentation and standard operating procedures. — Assist with technology setup for new hires and onboarding. — Perform additional IT support duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
— 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role. — Basic understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals. — Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills; able to communicate effectively with non-technical departments and external contractors. — Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Preferred:
— Japanese language skills (preferred, not required). — Exposure to enterprise workplace platforms and internal communication tools. Physical Requirements — Occasional travel to restaurant locations (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, and more). — Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. — Ability to navigate small or confined spaces during equipment setup. Schedule Expectations — Full-time, salary. Standard business hours with flexibility required. — Occasional emergency and non-emergency duties on weekends and holidays; compensated days off provided when applicable.
