IT Help Desk Technician Based in Los Angeles | Full-Time | Onsite Support + Tech Challenges Are you the go-to tech problem solver in your circle? Do you thrive on troubleshooting, staying calm under pressure, and helping non-technical folks feel empowered by technology? We're looking for a skilled, customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! This isn't just about resetting passwords—it's about being the face of IT support , solving real challenges, and making tech easier for everyone.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
What You'll Do:
Support Windows desktop/server environments (up to Windows 11 & Server 2022) Troubleshoot network and hardware issues like a pro Install and configure systems, apps, and printers Respond to support calls/emails with clarity and confidence Translate "tech speak" into plain English for non-technical users Work independently AND collaborate with a smart, supportive team Visit nearby sites (yes, reliable transportation is a must!)
What You Bring:
Proven IT help desk experience Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and troubleshooting tools Clear communication and excellent customer service skills A passion for tech and a get-it-done mindset
Bonus Points For:
