Responsibilities :

Perform laptop and desktop hardware repairs (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards). Conduct unit swaps and peripheral replacements. Travel across the metro area to complete service requests. Update and close service tickets in real time using company-provided tools.

Qualifications :

Own reliable car with valid insurance (mandatory). 1+ year of hands-on experience in laptop/desktop repair. PC building experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications. Ability to resolve routine technical issues independently. Must pass background verification and client clearance requirements.
