The technician will be responsible for installing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) used in commercial vehicles. Responsibilities Install and configure ELD devices and vehicle cables. Test ELD devices and ensure proper communication with the software application. Provide technical support to customers and drivers. Diagnose and resolve ELD hardware and software-related issues. Assist with device replacement, repair, and maintenance. Document installation, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Work with the software and technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues. Perform other technical duties as assigned Experience No experience required. Willing to learn. Office and field work may be required. Occasional travel to customer locations or commercial vehicle sites may be required. Must be able to work with commercial vehicles and related electronic equipment.
