$22-$25/hr Job Overview Insight Global's client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide Tier II desktop support for employees across the organization. This individual will support hardware and software issues, assist with Apple device support, provision equipment for new hires, and work within a ticket-driven support environment. Responsibilities Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals Configure and deploy laptops, workstations, and equipment for new hires Support Apple devices, including installations, updates, and troubleshooting Manage and resolve support requests through the ticketing queue Document issues, resolutions, and support activities Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to end users Must-Have Qualifications 1-3 years of Desktop Support experience in a Tier II environment Experience supporting Apple devices and macOS upgrades/updates Hardware installation and troubleshooting experience Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripheral support Experience provisioning and configuring laptops, printers, and related equipment Comfortable working in a ticketing environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented approach to end-user support Willingness to learn and grow within IT support Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow experience Experience supporting users in a corporate enterprise environment
