We are seeking Desktop Technician, you will assist in the software and hardware life cycle management processes including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation. Here are some of the specific details:

REQUIRED SKILLS
Support employees, both local and remote, with Desktop issues, account issues, access to various internal services. Troubleshoot software issues on employees' desktops/laptops. Experience with desktop installations and configurations. Need basic Mac OS and Windows operating system troubleshooting skills. Very keen on Customer Service, someone who could work under pressure, someone who is able to communicate clearly and concisely on a technical level, as well as a non-technical level. For tickets we're using ServiceNow, but the remote application that we use for troubleshooting is Bomgar as well as MS Teams, but mainly it is Bomgar that we utilize for remote support.
Education Requirements:
Associate's degree in a technical field. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $25.60/hr on W2.
