In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure supporting our logistics park operations. You will ensure network reliability, security, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Infrastructure Management:
Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize network systems across the logistics park to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Proactively identify risks and implement preventive and emergency measures.
Equipment Deployment & Maintenance:
Lead the implementation of network equipment and project deployments to support business operations. Oversee the maintenance of daily office and operational devices including computers, printers, PDAs, and other endpoint devices to ensure stable and efficient performance.
Cross-functional Support & Asset Management:
Collaborate with business units to provide on-site operational support. Manage network asset inventory and perform short-term business trips as needed to support new site rollouts or regional operational needs.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer-centric service. Exhibit excellent learning agility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications:
Service-oriented Mindset:
Education:
Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in network operations and maintenance. Experience in deploying and maintaining medium to large-scale networks (200+ endpoints). Proven experience in data center/computer room planning, implementation, and operations management.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices. Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to support daily operations and cross-functional collaboration.
