Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management Support employee onboarding by setting up systems, accounts, and required tools Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues or escalate when necessary Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and onboarding proceduresRequirements:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and IT support concepts Some experience or exposure to onboarding/offboarding processes is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support roleSimilar remote jobs
