This role blends traditional IT support with live-production tech support, so comfort with both networking and streaming/broadcast equipment is key. Full - Time or half - time. Responsibilities Manage switching, routing, and overall network infrastructure and troubleshooting Set up, test, and monitor connectivity for live streaming sessions Operate and support streaming platforms, OBS, and live studio equipment Handle electronics setup, video input configuration, and related equipment prep Coordinate with external vendors for equipment and services Prepare, configure, and hand off equipment to team members Maintain equipment inventory, including access/credential tracking Apply cybersecurity best practices aligned with ISO standards (including social engineering awareness and secure password practices) Requirements Solid, hands-on knowledge of networking: switching, routing, connectivity troubleshooting (mandatory) Strong understanding of electronics and hardware, including video input/output setups (mandatory) Familiarity with streaming platforms, OBS, and live studio production Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and ISO best practices; data security knowledge is a strong plus Service-oriented attitude with openness to learning new tools and systems Strong organizational skills for inventory and access control management
