Onsite Job Description Description:
The Media Library Associate shares responsibility for managing a high volume of incoming asset requests requiring video, audio, and/or text materials from the Studio and General Entertainment content libraries. These assets support a variety of uses, including promoting new releases, increasing awareness and engagement for titles streaming on client ott, celebrating character or franchise milestones, and fulfilling contractual obligations. This role ensures all asset usage is properly cleared with Legal, studio executives, anti-piracy teams, and other relevant stakeholders. The Media Library Associate is also responsible for researching internal inventory systems to locate new, catalog, and historical assets in both digital and physical formats, serving length as a gatekeeper to millions of media assets. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast
