EMPLOYMENT BEGINS
As soon as possible
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To install and repair computers, printers, and related equipment for the district. The person will work closely with Technical Services personnel and all other departments for the district.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED Have knowledge of PC's Macintosh, Ethernet and wireless networking in a Windows and Novell environment Valid Texas driver's license
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software Highly organized, detailed oriented and able to work within a high pressure environment Possess effective communication, public relation and interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE
Have demonstrated successful hardware and software experience with PC and Macintosh computer repair
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Pick-up, delivery, installation and repair of computers, network hardware, printers and related equipment for the district Troubleshoot wireless access equipment Perform other duties as assigned
