Company Overview A global Japanese manufacturer specializing in premium water treatment and filtration equipment is seeking a Service Manager to support nationwide service operations in the United States. The U.S. office located in Torrance, California plays a central role in coordinating technical service activities across the country while working closely with the Japan headquarters in a bilingual environment. This role offers an opportunity to lead service technicians, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to customer satisfaction within an international organization. Position Overview The Service Manager leads technical service operations by combining hands-on technical understanding with team leadership and cross-functional coordination. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in equipment maintenance, field service environments, or technical service supervision who are ready to take on a leadership role.
