Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled: Desktop Support Technician to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Irvine, CA (Onsite) Role. Desktop Support Technician Irvine, CA (Onsite)

in Endpoint tools:
Intune, JAMF, SCCM, NinjaOne Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support for 300-500+ users, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA while delivering exceptional customer service, including executive/VIP support. Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and basic Linux environments, ensuring endpoint reliability, security, and performance. Administer endpoint management platforms including Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and NinjaOne for device provisioning, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management. Support identity and access management through Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, group management, and access controls. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, telephony, video conferencing, and peripheral devices. Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base articles while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and support best practices.
