About the Role We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction for diagnostic and inspection systems used by dealers, ports, and factories across the America. Key Responsibilities Provide phone-based technical support for diagnostic and inspection systems used by dealers, ports, and factories in the Americas Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to diagnostic systems and scan tool devices for technicians and mechanics Respond to service and repair requests Maintain accurate records of parts used for repairs and maintenance Communicate with customers and HQ regarding repairs and payments Provide technical support and training to dealer technicians on scan tool devices Support diagnostic system testing for Hyundai and Kia vehicle development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements What You'll Need Proficiency with MS Office Suite and general computer applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Fluency in English (written and verbal) Nice to Have Experience with vehicle diagnostic systems and scan tool devices Knowledge of Hyundai and Kia vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures Fluency in Spanish and/or French Work Environment Standard office environment Occasional evening/weekend work may be required Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$60,000/year Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Annual discretionary bonus Complimentary lunch Company dormitory available for eligible employees Work Location Irvine, CA 92602 If you are interested, please send your resume via email at careers@gitamerica.com Please state which position you are applying for in the subject heading.
