IT Support Technician Concordia University Irvine - 4.3 Irvine, CA Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Student supervision Customer communication Staff supervision Bachelor's degree in information technology Academic institution experience Application deployment Automating deployment processes Bachelor's degree Customer support ticket management System deployment Application Maintenance Technical training Colleges/universities 1 year Entry level IT department experience Ticketing system technical support Information Technology University experience Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to accomplish each of the below duties satisfactorily: Provide excellent technical support customer service to all stakeholders Collaborate with other IT staff and other stakeholders to specify solutions for IT related problems Document timely and detailed communication to all stakeholders in the Helpdesk Implement deployment procedures for employee, lab, and kiosk workstations Assist in maintaining Helpdesk application software to track ticket status, statistics, and inventory Assist in the training of student worker support technicians Monitor the work of student worker support technicians Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Experience Preferred One years' experience in higher education IT support services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
