We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, software, automations, CRM systems, and office technology. If you're the type of person people call when something isn't working, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage and optimize CRM systems, including IRS Logics Build and maintain automations using Zapier and similar platforms Set up and troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, and office equipment Manage dialer systems, VOIP platforms, and user accounts Assist with Meta lead integrations and lead routing Troubleshoot technical issues for employees Improve workflows through automation and system improvements Manage software access, permissions, and technology vendors Assist with implementing and maintaining internal systems Qualifications Strong computer troubleshooting skills Experience with CRM systems and business software Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools Understanding of Meta Business Manager and lead integrations Ability to learn new systems quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience Meta Business Suite Google Workspace API integrations and workflow automation IRS Logics About You We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
