In this role, we're looking for someone who will deliver exceptional technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure the seamless operation of our computer systems. Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users across various departments, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively Troubleshoot software problems, including applications within the Microsoft Office suite, operating systems such as Windows and macOS, and specialized enterprise software Manage computer hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and timely upgrades Maintain and support computer networks by configuring and managing LANs (Local Area Networks), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), firewalls, DNS (Domain Name System), and TCP/IP protocols Administer Active Directory for user account management and permissions; utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment and updates; implement GPO (Group Policy Objects) for security policies Support IT infrastructure components such as Windows Server environments, Linux systems, BMC Remedy for help desk ticketing, Meraki networking equipment, and ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking Assist in network administration tasks including DNS management, network security configurations like firewalls and TCP filtering, as well as monitoring LAN performance Collaborate with teams on projects involving computer hardware upgrades, network enhancements, and system integrations to improve overall IT efficiency Document technical procedures clearly in help desk systems to ensure consistent support delivery and knowledge sharing Proven experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills Strong troubleshooting skills across software applications, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and hardware components Familiarity with computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPNs, firewalls, and network security best practices Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory administration, SCCM deployment tools, GPO configuration, Linux systems administration, and network monitoring tools like Meraki or similar equipment Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow; experience using Jira is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and reporting Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users at all levels Join us as an IT Specialist where your technical expertise fuels our success!
