Full Job Description Summary:
As a Catholic High School owned and operated by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Bishop Alemany is a community enriched by faith that develops intellectually prepared men and women who are committed to promoting a just and peaceful world as conscientious and morally courageous leaders in service to others. Bishop Alemany High School is a Catholic College Prep high school located in the San Fernando Valley. Our faculty and staff is comprised of educators who look to set an example to our students as someone able to work within Catholic traditions, values, and teachings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and asset tracking for student and staff iPads and accessories. Configure, deploy, collect, and maintain school devices. Support the school's Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform (experience with Workspace ONE preferred). Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on iPads and Apple devices. Provide loaner devices and escalate complex issues to the Director of Applied Technology when necessary. Perform device updates, maintenance, and lifecycle management. Maintain accurate asset records in the inventory system. Create simple instructional materials or guides to help users effectively use their devices.
Requirements Requirements/Education and Qualifications:
B.A. in related field is preferred. 1-2 years of experience supporting Apple devices (macOS and iOS). Administrator experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems preferred. Knowledge of device deployment, asset tracking, and technical troubleshooting. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift equipment up to 30 lbs.
