IT Support Administrator

Headquartered in Ontario, California—with branches in New Jersey, San Jose, and Texas—we are currently expanding our Ontario site to include a specialized engineering and customer engagement hub. This new team focuses on producing high-quality prototypes and evaluation units, offering employees unique opportunities to learn and grow in a developing function. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive IT support, including but not limited to technologies and systems, ranging from end users support to cloud systems and applications support: New hire onboarding: new laptop build-out, account provisioning, licensing management, and training. IT Equipment purchasing, repairs and management. Perform IT infrastructure administration, focusing on network administration in Routing/switching/VPN/Wi-Fi, Severs administration, Telecom and security systems. IT related project planning, execution and management.

Requirements :

Requires a minimum of 2 years of Information technology related experience including administration and hands on technical services in computer desktop hardware, VPN, Windows, knowledges in office Telecom, Security Systems, and related. Candidate must be client-focused, comfortable interfacing with employees and able to maintain quality service at all levels. Bachelor's degree in technology field preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
