This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys structured tasks, clean setups, and consistent processes.

Petaluma, Ca (Hansel Honda- Onsite) Be able to travel to Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and Napa at our other locations.

Full-time | On-site with local travel Key Responsibilities New hire onboarding and employee terminations, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and consistently. Setting up computers, monitors, phones, and peripherals for new hires and office moves. Running and organizing cabling so workspaces are professional, clean, and tidy. Providing Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 IT support for PCs, printers, phones, logins, and MFA issues. Documenting work clearly and consistently in the IT ticketing system. What We're Looking For Extremely detail-oriented with pride in clean, organized work. Excited to learn technology and grow an IT career. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Reliable, consistent, and comfortable following checklists and procedures. Able to work well with non-technical users. Requirements Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving IT equipment. Comfortable standing, bending, and working with cabling and hardware. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
