Position Overview We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain the day-to-day technology needs of our Pomona office on a full-time basis . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who can troubleshoot technical issues and help maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems, empowering our organization to achieve its goals efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field required. Relevant IT certifications or formal technical education are a plus but may not be required depending on experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Windows computers, software applications, printers, networking, and common office technology. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage deadlines. Comfortable providing technical assistance to employees with varying levels of technical knowledge. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to office employees. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and other technology issues. Set up and maintain computers, workstations, printers, and other office equipment. Assist with user accounts, permissions, software installations, and system access. Monitor and help maintain office networks and technology infrastructure. Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and technology assets. Coordinate with outside IT vendors or service providers when necessary. Provide guidance and basic training to employees on technology and software. Help implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Perform other IT-related duties as needed. Compensation Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and overall fit for the position . We offer competitive compensation commensurate with the candidate's level of experience, and will discuss compensation expectations during the interview process.
