Job Description

Our client, a dedicated organization supporting the IHSS Program in Rancho Cordova, California, is seeking a Service Desk professional to join their team. As a Service Desk representative, you will be an essential part of the support team, assisting providers and recipients with technical and system-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit, aligning seamlessly with the organization's mission to deliver exceptional service and support.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Assist callers with registration, password resets, and troubleshooting for the Telephonic Timesheet System and website + Guide users through timesheet submission, claims processing, and direct deposit setup or changes + Respond to general inquiries regarding timesheets, payments, and system usage + Utilize multiple tools and systems including Outlook and Windows to provide efficient support + Multitask effectively by managing multiple monitors and handling calls simultaneously •What's Needed?
  • + Proficiency with Office 365 and Office applications + Strong communication skills in English + Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in Windows environments + Experience with multitasking and managing multiple systems concurrently + Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
