Job Summary A direct hire, part-time IT Support Specialist opportunity is available in San Clemente, CA for a service-oriented technology professional who enjoys hands-on support in a close-knit, high-touch environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, discreet, organized, and comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users in person. You will join a small IT team that values clear communication, proactive problem solving, accurate documentation, and strong internal customer service. The environment offers supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and the opportunity to contribute to daily IT operations, user support, system administration, internal projects, and new technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, software, and user account issues. Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licenses, MFA, email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive permissions. Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up devices, accounts, access permissions, and equipment recovery. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, network connectivity, VPN, login, password, and basic firewall-related issues, escalating complex matters as needed. Maintain device patching, backups, hardware and software inventory, license tracking, and internal technical documentation. Assist with technology projects, new application testing, internal automation and AI tools, AV systems, camera systems, smart-building technology, and vendor coordination.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$24 to $27 per hour.
