Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Equipment Support Assist with routine maintenance and quality checks of IT and AV equipment. Help track and manage inventory, including equipment check-in/check-out processes. Support equipment setup, packing, and case transport for events. Event & Show Support Assist with setup, configuration, and testing of digital signage systems for events and shows. Support onsite event operations, including recording keynotes and breakout sessions using 4K recording and streaming equipment. Work alongside production teams to assist with live switching and recording tasks. Capture time-lapse footage and assist in organizing and preparing media files for delivery. Help organize and manage recorded assets to ensure files are properly labeled and stored. IT & Technical Support Provide basic troubleshooting for networking issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity) under supervision. Assist with setup and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, and access points. Respond to end-user support requests for printers, hardware, software, and peripherals. Software & Application Support Provide basic support for internal and third-party applications. Assist with setting up software and help guide users through common tasks. Audio-Visual & Production Support Work closely with AV and production teams to support event technology needs. Assist with setup and operation of computers, AV equipment, and recording devices. Help ensure equipment is properly connected and functioning during events. Post-Event Support Assist with organizing, compiling, and preparing recorded media for delivery. Support the team in meeting client deadlines and deliverable requirements. "Preferred" Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in IT support, AV, or live event environments (internships or school projects welcome) Basic understanding of computers, networking, or audio-visual equipment Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to lift and move equipment and work onsite at events as needed What I believe the candidate will gain...
