Job Summary The Senior IT Support Administrator provides advanced technical support and systems administration for end‑user computing environments. This role serves as an escalation point for complex IT issues and is responsible for endpoint management, identity and access administration, security controls, SaaS platform support, and IT operational processes. The position requires a hands‑on, security‑focused professional capable of operating independently while collaborating across IT and business teams.
Responsibilities:
Providing continuous administration and support for a hybrid identity environment—including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID—to deliver secure, dependable, and scalable identity services. Own the end‑to‑end user lifecycle management process, including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding, with a focus on access controls, compliance, and automation. Provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, serving as an escalation point for complex OS‑level issues. Diagnose and resolve issues across a broad range of hardware and platforms, including laptops and desktops, servers, mobile devices, conference room systems, and audiovisual (AV) equipment. Partner with senior IT and security teams to improve endpoint security and reliability, supporting technologies and processes such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), backups, application deployment, and OS/software patching. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Point, ensuring availability, security, and optimal user experience. Support and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services in Microsoft Entra and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including virtual machines, identity integrations, networking, and access controls. Perform advanced network troubleshooting, including analysis of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, and related infrastructure issues. Support, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware virtualization environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. Proactively enforce and promote security best practices, including monitoring systems, identifying risks, and investigating and resolving security‑related incidents. Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing to enhance IT operational maturity and support scalability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role Experience working in a corporate or enterprise IT environment IT certification will be plus

Compensation Range:
At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. The annual base salary range for this role is $133,300.00 - $183,260.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company's future growth and success.
